What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and the message you send us. We do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your request, schedule service, and follow up on the job. We will never share your information with unrelated third parties.
How it's protected
Submissions are stored in an encrypted database with row-level security. Only authorized staff can view contact requests — they are not publicly readable, and visitors cannot read, edit, or delete other submissions.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email In.home.services.nc@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of essential cookies and local-storage entries to keep the site working (for example, remembering your cookie-consent choice). With your consent we may also use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited so we can improve the site. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser; the consent banner will reappear on your next visit. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to (a) know what personal information we hold about you, (b) access or receive a copy of it, (c) correct inaccurate information, (d) request deletion, (e) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not engage in either), and (f) lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Third-party services
We use trusted vendors to operate the site and deliver email — currently a hosting and database provider for site infrastructure and an email-delivery provider for transactional messages (such as review confirmations and notifications). These vendors process information only on our behalf under contractual data-protection terms and do not use it for their own marketing.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Licensing & insurance
We are bonded and insured in North Carolina, with general liability coverage on every job. Proof of insurance is available on request before work begins.
