1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and In-Home Services ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of the website in-home.group and any services you request through it. By accessing the site, submitting a contact form, leaving a review, or otherwise using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems, (b) interfere with or disrupt the site, (c) submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content (including reviews), (d) scrape or harvest data, or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
3. Reviews & user content
Reviews and other content you submit are moderated before they appear publicly. By submitting content, you grant In-Home Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with our services and marketing. You represent that the content is truthful and your own. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.
4. Service estimates & scheduling
Pricing, availability, and service descriptions on the site are for general information only and are not binding offers. Final scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed in a written estimate or work order before work begins. Photos and project examples are illustrative; results vary by home and condition.
5. Intellectual property
All site content — including text, logos, photographs, videos, and design — is owned by In-Home Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, In-Home Services, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless In-Home Services from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites (for example social media or mapping services). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.
10. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes took effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
